Synopsis

Trotro and Lili have found a little hedgehog in the garden. But it’s impossible to see his face as he is all curled up in a ball. So Trotro and Lili offer him something to eat. Just the trick !! The little hedgehog shows his face. But how can they stroke him without hurting their hands on his prickles….?Trotro takes a phone call on Mummy’s mobile. It’s Lili who’s calling. Trotro knows that a mobile phone isn’t a toy and so rushes off to find Lili. But Lili is playing hide and seek…..It’s summer time ! In the inflatable pool, Trotro and Lili are splashing each other. What about Trotro’s goldfish ? Wouldn’t he like to swim as well ?Trotro is really proud of his new judo kimono. He dances around in it in front of Lilly and Zoë. He declares that he is a judo champion even though he does not have a single coloured judo belt like champions usually have. He takes his dad’s ties and pretends they are belts, and a new game ensues – whoever grabs one of Trotro’s « belts » is also a champion. Trotro’s new game is really good fun.Trotro is overjoyed – he has just won the sack race…. in his garden. Suddenly, Trotro decides that he doesn’t want to get out of his lucky sack. Boing ! Boing ! Boing ! Trotro jumps all over the house. He plays and eats and even has a bath with his lucky sack. Finally, after a full day of bounding around everywhere, Trotro falls asleep, totally exhausted, in his lucky sack, which has become his sleeping bag!!Trotro finds a tortoise in the garden. He takes it for a walk, but as it moves so slowly, he puts it in the trailer on the back of his tricycle to go more quickly. The tortoise puts its head back inside its shell and doesn’t want to come out any more. Trotro is disappointed, but mummy suggests he puts the tortoise back on the grass. He sees Zoë, who has lost her tortoise Shelly, and Trotro is now proud that he has found Zoë’s little pet.
